"Kim responded quickly and was extremely patient. When I wasn’t able to get the price I needed she understood but the a couple of months later I needed to move and find a new insurance company because my current insurance went up for no fault of mine. I called Kim and she was able to help with a more affordable full coverage plan and a little extra policy on my firearm."
