J.C. Fleming

Welcome! I’m J.C. Fleming, and I’m proud to serve families and businesses across Tarrant County, TX and the greater DFW community.

I’m originally from Minden, Louisiana, and I’ve always had a genuine desire to help people wherever I am. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about history, spending time with my wife, kids, and our dogs, staying active, trying local mom-and-pop restaurants, and working on projects around the house. Our office is also equipped to assist customers in both English and Spanish.

My journey into insurance began after earning my Bachelor of Business Administration from Ole Miss. I still recall one of my professors joking, “The problem with insurance is you never need it until you really need it.” That simple yet profound statement made me reflect deeply on the true value of insurance. It is not just a product; it is a vital safety net that supports you when life’s unexpected moments happen.

Our focus is to make insurance straightforward and personal. We believe in taking the time to explain things clearly and helping you make decisions you feel good about. Whether it’s auto, home, life, or business coverage, our goal is to make the process simple and transparent.

What makes our office different is how much we care about the people we work with. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. We get to know you, your situation, and what matters most so we can help you protect it the right way.

Giving back is important to us as well. I’m proud to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and we’re committed to being a positive part of the community here in Hurst.
